HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

All  orders are shipped via UPS Home Delivery. Due to shipping delays, we cannot guarantee an “arrival date” for free UPS ground delivery. To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 9:00 AM CST for the following shipping methods:

Get it in time for Christmas*

  • Order by December 15th and select free UPS ground shipping – free
  • Order by December 21st and select UPS 2 day – $30.00
  • Order by December 22nd and select UPS Standard Overnight – $50.00

*We cannot guarantee your package will to arrive to your address by Christmas. Please refer to UPS’s holiday shipping page to get an official estimate.

*International shipping is not available

*We do not ship to PO boxes

Shipping Delays 

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID. Orders shipped via UPS GROUND SHIPPING should arrive 5-7 business days after shipment.

Holiday Shipping Exceptions

*Christmas Eve: Closed Friday 12/24. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 12/28.

*Christmas Day: Closed Monday 12/27. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 12/28.

*New Year’s: Closed Friday 12/31. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 1/3/22.

FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS.

This one’s on us. All Milwaukee Boots are shipped via UPS ground delivery from our warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses –it’s not you, it’s us.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive 5-7 days after ship date. If you need them sooner, let us know and we’ll hit the ground running with any of our expedited shipping options.

*Labor Day: Closed 9/6. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 9/7.
*Thanksgiving: Closed 11/25-11/26. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 11/29.
*Christmas: Closed 12/24. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 11/27.
*New Year’s: Closed 12/31. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 1/3/22.

returns & exchange policy

Returns

We love our boots so much, that for 30 days after your purchase date, we’ll welcome them back into our store, arms wide open. Returns must be free of damage or signs of use and in their original box.

Returns are shipped via UPS ground delivery to our warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Custom embossed product are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.

We reserve all rights to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.

Exchanges

Because our boots are handcrafted in small batches, we have limited quantities of each style and size. We can’t promise the boot you’re after will still be here by the time we receive your return. If you purchased your original boots on sale, we’ll honor the sale price within 30 days of your original purchase. Just contact us at [email protected] for your return label and a price adjustment.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to the initial purchase in which the gift card is included. Gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash value. Returned purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be credited back in the same form of payment.
