"I've been looking for a well made and comfortable black waterproof work boot to wear to work and around town on wet and snowy days, dog walks, etc. Had never heard of MBC but I liked the look and specs of the Highland boot and decided to take a chance. Have to say after a few weeks I'm impressed. They do seem well constructed and sturdy and they're definitely comfortable. Construction seems much better than the Danner GTX 917's that looked like shit after two winters, and much more comfortable than my Jim Green's which would get wet inside during a drizzle. Time will tell how well they hold up but so far so good."
