We’ve been handcrafting leather goods for other brands for decades in our family owned and operated leather tannery and factories in Chennai, India. After four generations, we finally decided to bring that same craftsmanship and quality to the market directly.

We knew there was no better place to start than here in our city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin where our corporate headquarters is still located today.

Quality goes beyond product. We take it seriously. We focus on providing the best quality employment practices, production processes, sustainability initiatives and more. We are SA8000® certified by Social Accountability International (SAI) and hold several safety and sustainability certifications, all verified through rigorous third-party standards.

Reduced Footprint

If you’re seeing a trend, there’s a reason. We keep focusing on quality because it’s important to us. Every step of the way. We extend that quality beyond the product, to our production and employment practices.

Energy Initiatives

Renewable energy is fundamental to our manufacturing approach. By integrating solar power across our facilities, we’re actively reducing our environmental footprint.

Water Efficiency

We are a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) status company. This means that all used water is filtered and recovered while contaminants are reduced to solid waste.

Waste Reduction

We are enrolled in the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Gateway platform and work with the Pollution Control Board to treat and recycle effluents, sludge, trimmings, dust, and waste oil.

WORKFORCE

We have a global workforce, but regardless of the location of our craftspeople we always pay above livable wages for the region and offer full healthcare benefits.

We also offer on site childcare and a 6 month parental leave program. We believe in high quality working environments as well as high quality products.
