Our guarantee covers any manufacturing defect that compromises the function or integrity of our products. We take our quality seriously, which is why we are vertically integrated. We make our own leather, uppers and soles in our family owned, 4th generation factories so we can control the quality of our supply chain at every step. Our products are handcrafted with precision and attention to detail before undergoing a rigorous quality control inspection. If any product produced by Milwaukee Boot Company is defective or cannot function due to an issue with manufacturing, we will repair or replace it.

If you believe your product slipped through our quality control inspections and should be repaired or replaced, please email support@milwaukeebootcompany.com immediately so we can make it right.

Please include the following in your email:

• A subject line of “Quality Guarantee Submission”.
• A description of the issue you’re having with your product.
• Images of the product showing the affected area.
• Your order confirmation, order number or other purchase information.
• Your contact information.

Someone from our team will review the information and get back to you with next steps as soon as possible.

– Leather is a natural material and has natural variations in color and texture, will wear in or break down over time -including scuffs, creases, scratches, patina, etc. Laces, soles and other materials will also wear out over time due to friction and long term use. This is all considered normal wear and tear.

– Damage due to normal or heavy wear and tear, improper use, accidents, improper product care or products that have been misplaced or stolen do not qualify as quality defects.

– If your product is just not to your taste, doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you still have options. Our return policy will cover the return of your product for 30 days from purchase. Read the full return policy and process here.
