Nice Products, Support Needs Work
"First, I live in the Milwaukee area so I decided to stop in the retail store. I saw a belt that I liked but they did not have my size. The person at the store said that it was no problem since shipping would be free. I went home to order online but shipping was not free. When my order arrived it was smaller than the belt I was replacing even though they were both the same “size”. Since I’m local I tried to contact customer service directly to see if I could pick one up. Nobody ever returned my calls. I then completed the return form online. After several days I got a ton of emails (automated) which did not make it clear if a replacement was being shipped or not. I called again to confirm and finally contacted a person. He assured me that a replacement would be shipped. I again offered to pick up, but that did not seem to be an option. A few days later it showed up, shipped from a location 5 miles from my home."
